Our Process & Lead Times
Every project begins with a relaxed chat with one of our expert designers to understand your existing kitchen, what’s not working and what you’d like to change. We’ll guide you through British kitchen styles and layouts that suit your home, lifestyle and timescale, helping you make confident decisions without feeling overwhelmed.
Once your design is agreed, we take care of everything from removing your old kitchen to full project management and installation by our own experienced fitters. You’ll deal with one team, one timeline and one point of contact throughout.
For replacement kitchens, many of our British ranges allow for lead times as short as 6–8 weeks, meaning less disruption and less time without a working kitchen. In many cases, your old kitchen can be removed and replaced with a brand new British kitchen within this timeframe.

We are proud to say we use our own team of fitters to bring your project to life. Quality and service are essential to the Classic experience. All our teams are highly experienced and fully understand the importance of making your installation as stress free as possible.
We have been installing kitchens in customers homes for nearly 40 years, so as you can imagine, we have encountered (almost) every predicament possible. Over that time we have perfected our art, and especially our systems, to ensure that when we arrive on site, the space has been thoroughly surveyed so that if any unforeseen issues should arise, we have the skill and experience to solve it.
Every one of our team take absolute pleasure in their work and take as long as necessary to complete the installation the right way, which for us, is the only way. We don’t cut corners, we never have and never will. It means our kitchens are installed to an exceptional standard and our clients are happy for the life of the kitchen.

Quality checked every step of the way
At our head office and warehouse in Redditch, all products are quality checked before delivery to you to help ensure your installation runs as smoothly as possible. Once delivered to your home, our installations manager and fitters will deal with any unforeseen issues quickly and effectively, and keep you fully updated of the status of your project.
We work closely with recommended builders and can project manage from build stage through to final decoration or simply quote and supply furniture.
